| This is a great one-day art workshop for people who have never drawn before and want to find a new way to express their heart-centered perspective. For people who already know how to draw, this is a great class to expand your experience to include a meditative approach to art making.
As you begin to draw, you will quickly discover your inner
intuitive process to create a a personal expression you had
no idea you could complete when you began to draw.
You will have the opportunity to explore ways to access your
creativity and discover the freedom in finding a non-verbal
expression from your heart-centered
perspective.
You can bring your own oil pastels, or oil pastels will be available to purchase at the first session. Good drawing paper will be provided at each session.
For participants with no art-making experience, you will
have the opportunity to discover your creativity in a safe,
supportive environment. For experienced artists, the workshop
will expand your creative experience to include a meditative
approach to your personal expression.
