Workshop: "Contemplative Art, Part 2" Retreat

(This is a retreat that I am organizing, so please register early.)

(There is no cell phone service (because of the mountains), but there is limited internet service.)

Arrival: The retreat begins Friday afternoon with check-in at 4 pm in the Lobby.
(Dinner is served at 6 pm and the first session will start at 7 pm.
If you arrive after 7 pm, then you will have to wait until after 9 pm to get to your room.
I'm the one checking you in after 7 pm, that's why you will have to wait. )

Departure: The retreat ends with lunch after our Sunday morning art session,
however, we will need to check out of our rooms at 10 am on Sunday morning
before the last art session.

• Single Room with bath
  
  
• Double Room with bath
  There is a space on the payment form to indicate who is your roommate.
  If you don't have anyone to room with, please write in on the form -"assign roommate".
  I will assign roommates, to the best of my ability.
  Most rooms, if you look at the floor plan, Click Here, are quad rooms with the bathroom in the middle dividing each room in half with two double beds on each side of the bathroom.
  So you have some privacy even if you are sharing a room with someone you don't know.
  
  
• Double Room with bath
  (For you and your spouse/friend, who is not attending the retreat but just hanging out for the weekend and enjoying meals with our group.)
  
  
• Triples & Quads with bath
  There are options for triples and quads, but since I am putting the retreat together myself, if you want this option, you must already have the two or three other people who are rooming with you.
  (Please call or email with your request.)

Cost: includes room price, 7 meals, 4 art sessions and $5 materials fee for paper.
(I will bring boards, color wheels and boxes of oil pastels, if you need to resupply, and that cost will be in addition to the retreat cost.)

Cost:

• $385 per person - Single Room with bath, retreat, meals and materials fee.
  
  
• $275 per person - Double Room with bath, retreat, meals and materials fee.
  
  
• $170 per person -Shared double room and meals, for the person not attending the retreat.
  

Cancellation Information: Before May 15, 2012 - I can return your payment minus $20, for credit card processing fees. After May 15, 2012, I can return only $105, since I will have to pay for your room and meals.
