Workshop: A Contemplative Art Retreat: (The subject of each retreat will be posted by the end of the year, but you can sign up for the retreat if you want without knowing the subject.)

Dates: May 1-3, 2009 & September 25-27, 2009

Location: Abbey of St. Walburga, 32109 North US Highway 287, Virginia Dale, CO 80536-8942
(35 miles North of Ft Collins, CO on Highway 287 and 30 miles South of Laramie, WY.)

Arrival: The retreat begins Friday afternoon with registration at the Retreat House between 3-4 pm

Departure: The retreat concludes Sunday afternoon following lunch at 12:30 pm

Cost: To be determined (includes tuition, 6 meals and a private room with shared bath.)

Deposit: $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
The balance may be paid when registering or upon arrival.

Materials Fee: $15 for a box of oil pastels, drawing board, paper and color wheel, to take home with you, or $5 for returning students for paper (bring your oil pastels, color wheel & drawing board to the retreat). The Materials Fee will be collected at registration by Suzanne.

The Abbey of St. Walburga: All retreats at the Abbey are open to interested men and women of all faiths. The weekend includes four workshop sessions, time for personal prayer and reflection, space to enjoy the outdoors, and the opportunity to join the nuns for Eucharist and the Divine Office.
The Abbey Gift Shop will be open during the retreat.
