What is an "inner landscape"?

An "inner landscape" is whatever is important to you in your exploration of your spiritual journey, personal relationships or relationship with yourself. During this art workshop, there are no limitations to what an "inner landscape" can reveal.

Your personal inner landscape may exist beyond words. Using a contemplative approach to art making provides a way to connect with yourself and express your feelings about your inner landscape.

There is a great deal of freedom and joy in creating a drawing of what is important to you and to look at your life experience in a non-linear, non-verbal and spontaneous way.

As you begin to draw with the oil pastels, you will quickly discover you can trust your inner intuitive process to create a personal expression from your heart centered perspective in a supportive environment.

For participants with no art-making experience, you will have the opportunity to discover your creativity in a safe, supportive environment.

For experienced artists, you will find the workshops will help you expand your creative experience to include a meditative approach to your personal expression.

At the beginning of each session, there will be a guided meditation to invite you into a deep inquiry into your inner landscape.
